The photographs give the impression of being painted, inevitably taking one back to your grandfathers time. A visualization of an abstract concept of time, a counterpoint to the coloured world.

The processing methods seem archaic and require time and patience. The special value of this technique lies in its originality, the outputs impossible to be exactly reproduced. Each picture, - handmade, - is unique, influenced by factors, such as temperature, exposure, material reaction and even humidity. Yet, despite this, FCI's work does not represent a paradox to the modern world, but rather fullfills a harmonious integration.
